GRADUATION RESOURCES
If you plan on participating in any in-person commencement celebrations, an official cap, gown and tassel is required. A UC Irvine sash/stole is not a required part of cap & gown regalia, and therefore, is not sold by the UC Irvine Alumni Association. Sashes/stoles can be purchased separately from The Hill or obtained by purchasing the Alumni Legacy Package.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds allowed on regalia or membership packages.
For domestic orders, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for order processing before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, your package should arrive within 5-7 business days, pending any service issues from the courier service. We do not ship internationally.

From the Office of the Registrar
Diplomas are typically available four months after the end of the quarter in which the student graduated. Degrees are posted on official transcripts approximately six to seven weeks after the end of the quarter in which they are awarded. The degree award date is the last day of the graduating term, or for Summer Session, the last day of Summer Session II. Diplomas will bear your name exactly as stated in your UC Irvine academic record.
