CHAPTERS: GET INVOLVED
Find your Anteater community in a domestic, international, affinity, industry or academic chapter!
Our UC Irvine network keeps expanding with each new class of graduates and we need YOU to be part of the outreach. Our chapters are dedicated alumni volunteers who work hard to represent the UC Irvine Alumni Association in their local, international, affinity-based, academic-based and industry-based communities.
Why join a chapter?

- Give back to students through speaker panels, mentorship and scholarships.

Goals of Chapters:
Connect: Provide UC Irvine Alumni with a lifelong connection to both fellow alumni and to the University
Engage: Provide diverse programming for the various interests of our alumni that foster the spirit of camaraderie.
Promote: Encourage the culture of Anteaters helping Anteaters by upholding UC Irvine traditions and initiatives through supporting the career development of students and alumni, participating in the Anteater Network, etc.
Serve: Support the Anteater community by volunteering in various opportunities such as mentoring students, participating in a committee, providing scholarships, etc.
REGIONAL
Alumni serve as local experts for their region in the United States, plan regional UCI alumni events, connect with and support students in the area and help orient fellow Anteaters moving into the area.
AFFINITY
Join fellow Anteaters who share a common bond or interest outside of an academic program or a regional affiliation.
ACADEMIC
Connect with your classmates and fellow alumni from your area of study at UCI. These chapters are developed around a school, department, program or unit.
INTERNATIONAL
Alumni serve as local experts for their country, province or city, plan regional UC Irvine alumni events, connect with and support students in the area and help orient fellow Anteaters moving into the area.
INDUSTRY
Join to connect with fellow Anteaters who share a common professional industry interest.
