Programs take place within the same academic quarter as application
One selected program per quarter
How It Works
Apply for funding by submitting a completed event application during the same academic quarter your program will take place. Applications are reviewed during Week 3 of each quarter, and one program is selected for funding per quarter. Selected organizations will be notified with award details and next steps following the review process.
Who Can Apply
Registered campus organizations are eligible to apply for the Student Alumni Engagement Sponsorship. Programs must create opportunities for meaningful connection between UC Irvine students and alumni and take place within the quarter of application.
